Bolus Feeds For All?
In the hospital, you can get tired of the endless meetings and group decision making. It makes you long for a benevolent dictatorship. So, it was oddly refreshing when a chief decision maker (Let’s call her Dr. T. for short) at my hospital sent an email directing our department to change every patient on tube feeds to bolus feeds.
